Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, I kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your service will be subject to a 50% service charge.
• No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Cancellations are subject to a $0 deposit return but will go toward another appointment scheduled.
• A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
• One courtesy reschedule may be extended in the case of emergencies.
